Reimbursement

If a participant is unable to attend on event for any reason, he or she may be substituted by someone else from the same organization, only after prior agreement with the organizing committee. When the participant is unable to attend, and cannot be substituted by another person, the following refund arrangements apply:

A) Cancellations of the registration, received more than 40 days before the event, are entitled to receive 100 % refund of the participation fee.

B) Cancellations of the registration, received less than 40 days but more than 20 days before the event, are entitled to receive 50 % refund of the participation fee.

C) Cancellations of the registration, received less than 20 days before the event, are not entitled to a refund.

Cancellations of the registration, as a result of a paper not being accepted, are entitled to receive 80 % refund of the participation fee. The remaining 20 % of the fee contributes to administration costs incurred.

By registering I agree with the Privacy Policy, I agree with the processing of my paper and the publication of the paper.

After confirming your registration, you will receive an e-mail with all data you have provided and the Unique Number of your registration (“specific number” in your invoice). The payment via the bank transfer is supposed to be done on basis of an invoice document that will be sent on your e-mail address within few days. The invoice will content all the payment instructions.
