Who processes your personal data?

The operator of SEDER web is the Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem, The Faculty of Social and Economic Studies (FSE UJEP), Reg. No. 44555601, with the seat at Pasteurova 3544/1, 400 96 Ústí nad Labem. As the administrator FSE UJEP processes your personal data based on the terms stated below.

What personal data are we processing?

Regarding the conference ´Social and Economic Development & Regional Policy´ we gather only those personal data that are provided via the ‘Registration Form’ and the ‘Abstract registration’ and for the purpose you decide to contact us. The data gathered includes:

•  Name and surname, e-mail, telephone number, institution address, personal address

Why do we process your personal data?

The principal purpose of processing your personal data is:

• Conference registration administration, conference organization, to be able to contact you in case of important announcement connected to the event, to be able to contact you in case of your question, to be able to contact you in case of organizing the events related to the conference

Who has got the access to your personal data?

The access to your personal data is granted only to the employees who need it for their work (eg. sending conference info, answering the questions, etc.), so to the members of ‘Organizing committee’.

Your personal data are not going to be sold, exchanged or handed over to the third party.

We believe that it is inevitable to share the personal information when there is a need to investigate or prevent the illegal practices, fraud suspicion, situations with potential threats for physical security of any person, any abuse of our terms or in other cases required by the law.

Non personal data might be provided to other parties for analytical or other type of use (e.g. Google Analytics).

How long time do we process your personal data?

We will process your personal data for the following 5 years in case you do not opt out.

Can we process your personal data without your agreement?

When using our website, you agree with our privacy policy, including the processing of your personal information.

How is your personal data secured?

We realize the series of security steps in order to guarantee the maximum safety of your personal data. To protect online transferred data we use the latest SLL encryption. The data servers work in encrypted mode, which ensures the high security of data communication. We also use the security plugin iThemes Security.

Can you opt out and call off the personal data processing?

On your request we will remove your personal data form our databases. Such requests are supposed to be sent to the e-mail: seder@ujep.cz or to our postal address listed at the beginning of this policy statement.
